B2B Social Media outreach is a long-term investment

Social media outreach for business to business (B2B) sales is not an immediate, short-term reward. The purpose of Social Media is to build credibility with potential customers that can later be used to build a sales relationship.

You need to provide real value in your comments, not just resend other peoples work.   It is okay to quote, tweet others work, but you need to do more than that.
