In 2002 Amgen was faced with multiple pressures including preparing for multiple product launches, new sales forces and the Immunex Integration.  

I gave this presentation on March 15, 2002 to all the IT management across all business units and then lead a half day discussion with two other Amgen colleagues on how IT would meet these challenges.
